  • 1. Your application

    You came across an open position that fits your profile? We are looking forward to hearing from you. Please send us your application via e-mail (jobs@san-group.com).   • 2. Screening

    Our recruiters will screen all applications. The screening process may include a short telephone interview. After that, qualified applications will be forwarded to the hiring manager. They will shortlist applicants that will be invited for the first round of interviews.

  • 3. Interviews

    We have a two-step interview process. The first round of interviews is normally conducted by the future superior and the recruiter. The second interview often also includes the team where the position is placed. The applicant may have to prepare and present a case study.

  • 4. Offer

    If you were successful, you will receive an offer from our HR department. It contains your base salary and bonus as well as your fringe benefits. After having accepted the offer, your work contract will be issued together with all the information and details to make sure your start at SAN Group is a successful one. Welcome to the table!


At SAN Group we also do direct sourcing. That means we screen profiles on professional network platforms for potential candidates.
