Have you
ever worked with people you didn't like? Or who didn't like
you? What was that like?
Have you
ever met a sales person you didn't like? Did you buy anything
from him or her? Do you think that this person approached
you with the intent of losing the sale?
That's
why we use assessments. We use assessments to help all of
us learn -- about ourselves, about what drives us; about others
and what motivates them; and about the work environment that
we act in. The more I understand myself and am comfortable
with who I am, and the more I understand others and what's
important to them, the better I can work with them to achieve
things we all agree are important. Understanding and appreciating
others is essential to your success and mine.

Talents and Skills Inventory (PTSI)
Have you ever wondered how people think; What they choose to think about and how they place value? This assessment does a lot of that for you by looking at: How people look at themselves in the world, the External view, and
How they look at themselves, their Internal view.
Within those two dimensions, it looks at three critical facets: the
intrinsic, extrinsic and systemic dimensions to see first,
how clearly the individual understands those dimensions; secondly,
which of the variables he places the most emphasis; and third,
how she or he places bias on his values (Positive, Balanced,
or Negative). The PTSi is one of the most insightful assessments
ever devised. It helps people both as individuals and in group
dynamics. by opening their eyes to things they oftentimes
had never thought about and to go to places in their own minds
and within their groups that they had never gone. The results
are greater understanding of individual behaviors and group
dynamics, and opportunities for personal growth.
